The White River Soap Company is located in the Cascade Foothills in the shadow of Mt. Rainier near the town of Enumclaw, Washington. And, even though we complain once in a while when the rain never seems to let up and the White River is overflowing its banks and lapping at our doorstep, we are thankful for its life giving qualities for without the rain we would not be the evergreen state, and no, we do not have webbed toes (not yet anyway).

The photo to the right shows the spectacular beauty that surrounds and inspires us every day. The photo was taken by Janet while we were out hiking with our Girl Scout Troop near the Camp Sheppard Trailhead in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. This is just one of the many little streams that feed into the White River.
